physical
According to the AMEND Workbook for Ending Violent Behavior, physical abuse is any physically aggressive behavior, withholding of physical needs, indirect physically harmful behavior, or threat of physical abuse.
mental
Isolation is a form of abuse often closely connected to controlling behaviors. It is not an isolated behavior, but the outcome of many kinds of abusive behaviors.

According to the AMEND Workbook for Ending Violent Behavior, emotional abuse is any behavior that exploits anther’s vulnerability, insecurity, or character. Such behaviors include continuous degradation, intimidation, manipulation, brainwashing, or control of another to the detriment of the individual(AMEND 3).

National US Child Abuse Hotline  The Childhelp National Child Abuse Hotline is dedicated to the prevention of child abuse. Serving the U.S. and Canada, the hotline is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with professional crisis counselors who—through interpreters—provide assistance in over 170 languages. The hotline offers crisis intervention, information, and referrals to thousands of emergency, social service, and support resources. All calls are confidential.

RAINN The Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network (RAINN) is the nation’s largest anti-sexual assault organization.  Among its programs, RAINN created and operates the National Sexual Assault Hotline at 1.800.656.HOPE and the National Sexual Assault Online Hotline at rainn.org . This nationwide partnership of more than 1,100 local rape crisis centers provides victims of sexual assault with free, confidential services, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.  These hotlines have helped over 1.3 million people since RAINN’s founding in 1994.

National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges  The Family Violence and Domestic Relations Program (FVDR) seeks to improve court and community responses to family violence. To that end, the FVDR provides specialized training and technical assistance to judges, advocates, attorneys, and others throughout the country on domestic violence, primarily in the civil or criminal justice context. To date, the FVDR has trained more than 10,000 judges on domestic violence through the National Judicial Institute on Domestic Violence.
