Def·i·ni·tion

Define
noun \\\\\\\\defəˈniSH(ə)n\\\\\\\\ definition; plural noun: definitions
abuse at home
Teen runaways take the decision to flee their homes because of abuse, but then risk being abused again because they are vulnerable.
depression
Since the depressed teen may not understand the emotions and thoughts running through him, he may blame his parents for his problems. This then leads to the false realization that being away from them will solve all of their issues.
neglect at home
Neglect happens when kids live in a home where the adults don’t give them basic stuff that all kids need — like food, clean clothes, and a bed to sleep in. When parents or caretakers neglect kids, the kids may not get baths, sleep under warm blankets, or get checkups or medicine when they need them.
